Sul Ross State Has 134 Athletes Earning LSC Academic Honors

ALPINE, Texas - Sul Ross State University was well represented on the Lone Star Conference Spring 2026 Commissioner's Honor Roll.  The Lobos had 134 student-athletes recognized, with 40 having a 4.00 G.P.A.
 
The Commissioner's Honor Roll is announced at the conclusion of the fall and the spring semesters with student-athlete qualification based on their grade point average for the specified semester. To be eligible for the recognition, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.30 grade-point average for the semester and be on the institution's sport roster.
 
The top three teams in terms of honorees were baseball (29), football (21) and women's soccer (14).
