Final Statistics

SAN ANTONIO- Taylor Gass and Angalyn Latin led visiting Sul Ross with 21 and 16 points respectively as the Lady Lobos fell, 97-47 in a Friday exhibition at Division I U.T. San Antonio.
 
Sully struggled from the field at 29 percent shooting for the contest.
 
A three-pointer by Gass pulled Sul Ross to within three at the 5:45 mark, first quarter.
 
Back-to-back free throws by Latin at 1:06 broke the Lady Lobos into double digit scoring as the Road Runners posted a 24-13 lead heading to the second period.
 
UTSA quickly spread the gap and sported a 49-28 advantage at the half.
 
The last two quarters were dominated by the home team as U.T. San Antonio ended the game on a 23-4 run.
 
Gass and Kyela Cosby led rebounders with five boards each.
 
Sul Ross will begin regular season play November 18 at Texas Lutheran University. Tip off is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
