PORTALES, N.M.- Sophomore forward Kenya Miles (Tomball/Memorial) scored a double double 10 points and 13 rebounds as the Sul Ross women's basketball team (6-7) fell to NCAA Division II Eastern New Mexico (8-3), 82-46 Friday in Portales.

The Lady Lobos return to ASC competition on January 5 against Louisiana College.

The two teams will square off on the campus of Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

Sul Ross finished the game with ENMU shooting a frigid 15-of-61 from the floor at 25 percent.

Ellyn Avery (Grady/GHS) and Hannah Carr (Wall/WHS) posted nine points each in the effort.

Miles recorded a pair of blocks and a steal while Avery and Bayli Bowles (Roosevelt/RHS) shouldered a pair of steals each.
