Lobos Kick Off Home Season

ALPINE, Texas – The Sul Ross State University men's soccer team has a pair of games this week.

SCHEDULE

Sept. 17 – UT Dallas (4-1-1) – 12:00 p.m.
For UTD, Osi Iyamah has four goals and one assist for nine points. The Comets lead the series 6-0-2.

Sept. 19 – at Lubbock Christian (2-3-1) – 1:00 p.m.
The Chaps are coming off a 1-1 tie with #25 Fort Hays State. Leading LCU with two goals each is Alex Lacherve and Augusto Militao. The Chaps lead the series 2-0-1

RANKINGS
Sul Ross State leads the Lone Star Conference in in saves per game (7.00) and total saves (28). Individually, Fernando Hernandez leads in total saves (26) and is second in saves per game (6.50)

At the NCAA DII level, SRSU is sixth in saves per game while Hernandez is eighth in saves per game and 12^th in total saves.
