After hosting a regional crossover this past weekend, the Sul Ross State men's basketball team seeks to earn its first win of the year as it hosts Navajo Technical University on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
On Friday, the Lobos open up Lone Star Conference play by hosting St. Mary's.

The Lobos last met Navajo Tech on Dec. 17, 2023. SRSU narrowly defeated the Skyhawks, 84-80.
Navajo Tech is a member of the United State Collegiate Athletic Association, which is comprised of 72 small colleges.
Based in Crownpoint, N.M., Navajo Tech has a tentative 19-game schedule played all on the road. The Skyhawks played NAIA program Benedictine University at Mesa to begin the season.
Navajo Tech dropped both games to Benedictine by the scores of 126-61 and 130-34 back in late October.
Most recently, the Skyhawks fell to NAIA program University of the Southwest by the scores of 125-22 and 127-41 this past weekend.
St. Mary's is off to a 1-1 start to the season after winning its season opener over Regis, 76-65, at the South-Central Regional Crossover in Denver, Colo.
The Rattlers recently suffered an 83-63 loss to the Colorado School of Mines.
Junior Damani Claxton has led the Rattlers in scoring, averaging 15 points. He scored 18 points and had four assists and three steals in the win over Regis.
Lachlan Bofinger, a 6-foot-7 graduate student forward, leads the team with 19 rebounds. He had a double-double against Regis with 13 points and 14 rebounds.

- Cam Clardy leads the Lobos in scoring, averaging 18 points in two games.
- Clardy had 21 points in the loss to Black Hills State this past weekend.
- Clardy also leads in assists with six.
- Clardy is second on the team with 12 rebounds.
- Ethan Yancy is second on the team in scoring (15 ppg).
- Bryce Harris leads the team with 16 rebounds, 12 coming on the defensive end.
- Harris also has a team-high four steals.
- Myles Amason has a team-high three blocks.
