>> POSTGAME INTERVIEWS:

"Just good maturity from our upperclassmen. I don't think we ever broke. We may have bended quite a bit, but we made the stops down the stretch. Guys stepped up on the free throw line and we got the looks we needed to cut the lead. It was all on our defensive effort and our maturity. That's the beauty about this team. First game, Gabe shot lights out. This game, Trey and Tyler stepped up quite a bit. That's just the flexibility and the depth on this team. We grinded it out. We were able to make adjustments on the fly. That's just the four to one mentality we've been preaching. It was good to see it on display." — Head coach Xavier Webb

"It's a great win. Faced a little bit of adversity this morning. Fought through. That's our culture — four to one. We work hard in practice every single day. We're down however so many points and we still come back and win. I just like the energy we had today. We had our bench, we had our coaches and we had each other. Defense is a big thing for us. We base our identity on it." — Trey Nelson
