COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - Men's hoops took a 19-point lead to the half and led the rest of the way in a 80-70 win over Colorado College.

"It was good to see our guys respond to a well-coached run by Colorado College," said head coach Xavier Webb. "It's time to watch some film for improvement, and prepare for conference!"

First Half
Julian Paredes gave the Lobos their first lead at 6-4 with a layup. Down 7-6, Sully used a 6-0 run for a 12-7 advantage. Colorado College scored the next six to go ahead one. The first half saw three more lead changes with the Lobos using a 13-0 run for a 28-19 lead. The Tigers scored the next two before Sully finished the half on a 14-0 run for a 42-21 lead at the half. CJ Jemison added five and Logan Dixon had four during the final run of the half.

Second Half
Jemison ended a 5-0 run with a triple for a 50-26 lead, Sully's largest of the game. They continued to hold the lead but saw it cut to 56-51 with under eight minutes left. The Lobos widened the margin with an 11-3 run to lead 67-59 with just over five minutes left. The Tigers were only able to get within six with under 30 seconds left in a 80-70 win for the Lobos.

Paredes scored a game-high 24 points on 9-of-17 shooting. He added five rebounds, four assists and a steal.

Mitchell Martinez finished with 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting.

Jemison added 12 points, three assists and tied Dixon and Daveone Bass for a game-high six rebounds.

The Lobos move to 4-2 on the season and remain 2-0 in conference. Colorado College falls to 1-5.

Sully gets back to conference action on Thursday, December 2 against LeTourneau in Longview.
