CLAREMONT, California - Men's and women's cross country finished their seasons this past Saturday at the NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championship.

Regionals were hosted by Occidental College and ran at Pomona College Cross Country Course in Claremont, CA.


Ivett Ramos led the women's side with a time of 30:03.7 and average kilometer of 5:01 in the 6K.

Other women's times/average kilometers included:
Sara Ray - (32:15.7 / 5:23)
Taylor Conner - 56th (37:05.7 / 6:11)
Cayman Ivins - 58th (50:07.0 / 8:21)


William Serrano finished with a team-best 30:49.2 and an average kilometer of 3:51 in the men's 8K.
