Sul Ross falls in two at AC Classic

SHERMAN- The Sul Ross volleyball team (1-3) dropped two matches Saturday to Centenary and Austin College in a pair of 3-0 decisions.

The Lady Lobos return to Sherman next weekend for a four match road stand at the Austin College Invitational.

Sully will take on Pacific University and the University of Dallas on Friday before facing Occidental College and ASC volleyball newcomer Louisiana College Saturday.

Against Centenary, Breeann Sturges (Woodlake, CA/Exeter) led with nine kills with McKenna Thomas leading the defense with 16 digs.

Alyssa Lanahan (El Paso/Bel Air) led defenders against Austin College with 12 digs.
