RICHARDSON- A 51-point, second half rally lifted U.T. Dallas (4-2, 2-0) to a 63-60 ASC victory over visiting Sul Ross (2-3, 0-1) in the Lobos' conference opener Saturday.

Caleb Thomasson tied the game at 31 before a three-point jumper by Hatcher, 20 seconds later, swung the lead back to the Comets.
The Lobos were unable to recover the lead but managed to pull within a deuce as Walker drained two foul shots at 6:04.
U.T. Dallas would go on to post three, seven-point leads over the next four minutes of play.
Sully narrowed the gap back to two, 62-60, on a spin around jumper by Walker at eight seconds.
A Lobo foul with five seconds remaining sent Dimitrius Underwood to the line to convert the final free throw and point of the contest.

Sul Ross will take on University of the Southwest in a non-conference contest Monday night in Hobbs before hosting LeTourneau and East Texas Baptist December 9 and 11.
