Coach Del Abra is a native of Round Rock, Texas, and a product of Stony Point High School, where she was a four-year letterman in soccer. In addition, she also lettered in track and cross country.

She played collegiate soccer at Texas Southern University while also competing in track. 

Del Abra graduated in 2021 with a degree in biology.
