In 2021, Greer guided the running backs.

Under his guidance, Ozias Wright as an all-conference running back. He rushed for 288 yards on 61 attempts, both team-highs, in five games played. He scored one rushing touchdown and had a long of 42 yards. Wright also had 230 receiving yards on 13 receptions with one touchdown and a long of 80 yards.

As a unit, the Lobos rushed for 741 yards on 268 carries and four touchdowns.
