Sul Ross State Has 106 Athletes Earning LSC Academic Honors

ALPINE, Texas - Sul Ross State University was well represented on the Lone Star Conference (LSC) Fall 2024 Commissioner's Honor Roll.  The Lobos had 106 student-athletes recognized.
 
The Commissioner's Honor Roll is announced at the conclusion of the fall and the spring semesters with student-athlete qualification based on their grade point average for the specified semester. To be eligible for the recognition, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.30 grade-point average for the semester and be on the institution's sport roster.
 
The top three teams in terms of honorees were football (21), baseball (18) and men's soccer (16).  The top women's sport was soccer with 15.
 
14 student-athletes had a 4.00 G.P.A.
