Lady Lobos Eye Momentum During Homecoming Week

ALPINE, TX - The Sul Ross State University women's soccer team is set for a challenging week of Lone Star Conference play, beginning on the road before returning home to Alpine during Homecoming weekend.

The Lady Lobos open the week on Wednesday, October 8 at 7:30 p.m., traveling to San Antonio to face St. Mary's (Texas) at Sigma Beta Chi Field. After the midweek test, Sul Ross returns home on Saturday, October 11 at 1 p.m. to host Midwestern State at Lobo Soccer Field as part of Homecoming week festivities. The Lady Lobos will look to carry their defensive momentum, create more attacking opportunities, and give the Alpine crowd plenty to cheer for as they defend their home pitch.

With two matches in four days and the excitement of Homecoming in Alpine, the week presents Sul Ross a prime opportunity to showcase its growth and compete against strong conference opponents.
