Sul Ross Aims to Close Regular Season on a High Note

Alpine, Texas – Sul Ross State University Women's Soccer enters the final stretch of the regular season with three important Lone Star Conference matchups on the schedule.

The Lobos are focused and confident heading into the stretch, beginning with a home matchup against Dallas Baptist University on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 12:00 PM at Lobo Soccer Field. Sul Ross looks to build on recent progress and deliver a strong performance in front of the home crowd before heading on the road to face UT Dallas on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 2:00 PM in Richardson, Texas. The team will then close out the regular season on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 7:00 PM in Austin, Texas, against St. Edward's University, aiming to finish the season on a high note and carry their momentum forward.

"We've got two quality opponents ahead of us this week in Dallas Baptist and UT Dallas, both programs with strong traditions and a lot of quality. As we head into the final stretch of the season, including St. Edward's to close it out, there's still a lot to play for. Our focus is on being consistent, starting strong, and maintaining our standard throughout all three matches. The goal is to compete at our best, control what we can, and finish the season with the right mentality and purpose." - Head Women's Soccer Coach John Dominguez

Fans are encouraged to come out Wednesday to support the Lobos in their final home match of the season before they wrap up the regular season on the road.
