Lobos Fall To Rambelles

ALPINE, Texas – The Sul Ross State University women's basketball team (1-6 Lone Star Conference, 2-9) lost 92-49 to Angelo State (6-1 LSC, 10-3), Sunday afternoon at the Pete P. Gallego Center.

Angelo State scored the first 15 points of the game to effectively end the game.  

For Sul Ross State, freshman TaMaiya Mims had 17 points, three steals and shot 6-of-12 from the floor and 5-of-6 from the line.

For Angelo State, Madeline Stephens had 17 points and 13 rebounds.

Sul Ross State takes to the road, Thursday, Jan. 9 taking on Lubbock Christian.  The game is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.
