RICHARDSON, Texas — The Sul Ross State men's soccer team suffered a 5-0 loss to the University of Texas at Dallas Comets on Saturday evening at the UTD Soccer Complex.
>> HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Comets scored three goals in the first half.
UT-Dallas broke the ice in the 39th minute.
During the second half, the Comets went on to score twice more.
The Comets tallied 23 shots compared to seven by the Lobos. Of the 23 shots, nine were on the mark. UT-Dallas out-shot Sul Ross State 14-3 in the opening half.
