>> WHAT THE COACH SAID:
"It's been a long month on the road. To be able to be back is always a good thing. Guys' bodies are starting to heal back up. Being on the road that long, people started getting beat up a little bit. So, it's always nice to be back at home." —
Ely Gallego on being back home
"Offensively, Game 1, we just didn't execute our plan. They did a good job of not allowing us to have the big hit. Offense, Game 2, we made the adjustment. They knew they had to step up a little bit and they started putting it all together. It also helps when you have a freshman that hits a two-run bomb. That's always a nice thing when you have help like that." —
Gallego said about the offensive performance in Game 2
