AUSTIN, Texas - Baseball kept it close in hits but fell 6-0 on Saturday to Concordia.
The Tornados scored one in the second, three in the fifth and two in the eighth.
Cade Watson pitched well for the Lobos as the starter. He went five innings with three earned and five strikeouts.
Dean Foley and
Isaac Gallego combined for three innings out of the bullpen. Neither of Gallego's runs were earned and Foley had the strikeouts.
Jared Roiz and
Tristan Karels led the Lobos with a pair of hits each.
The Lobos are now 4-2 on the year and 4-2 in conference. Concordia also stands at 4-2 and 4-2.
Sully next hosts LeTourneau for a doubleheader on Friday, February 25 and a lone game on Saturday.
