ALPINE, Texas - Volleyball finished off the week with a 3-1 home win over visiting LeTourneau.

Set 1:
The Lobos opened with a 5-0 run to set the tempo early.
Daniella Garcia had three kills and
Loren Garcia added another.
LETU cut it to 6-4, but the Lobos held the lead and upped it to four on three occasions.
The Yellowjackets trimmed it to one with a 3-0 answer before a LETU attack error and two more kills by
Daniella Garcia made it 20-17. The Yellowjackets again cut it to one again until the Lobos finished with a 5-0 run for a 25-19 win in set one.
Loren Garcia's kill brought it to set point before
Daniella Garcia clinched it with a kill.
Set 2:
The Lobos again took command early in the set with a 6-0 run.
Victoria Flores started with a kill before Canaba added one and
Loren Garcia notched two. The run was then finished by another kill from Flores.
Sully continued to hold a good lead and upped it to 10 with a 4-0 run.
Mia Bella Ruiz and
Daniella Garcia had kills before Canaba had a service ace for a 14-4 score.
LETU fought back to within four but were outscored 8-4 down the stretch for a 25-17 win for the Lobos in set two.
Isabella Ruiz put the exclamation point on it with a kill.
Set 3:
The Yellowjackets opened the third set with a 5-1 run and kept the momentum from there for a 25-6 win to force set four.
Set 4:
LETU opened with a kill before
Daniella Garcia's kill and a
Faith Herrera ace made it 2-1.
Sully held another advantage at 3-2 but fell behind 5-3. They immediately came back with a 4-0 answer to lead 7-5.
The Yellowjackets took their next lead at 11-9 but kills from
Daniella Garcia and
Loren Garcia coupled with an attack error put the Lobos ahead 12-11.
Sully broke a 12-12 tie with 7-0 run that saw a kill each from Canaba,
Daniella Garcia,
Isabella Ruiz and
Loren Garcia and an ace from Herrera to put the Lobos in the driver's seat at 19-12.
LETU made it a game with a 9-2 run to close it to 23-21.
Daniella Garcia brought it to match point with a kill and an attack error from the Yellowjackets sealed the deal for a 25-21 set four and match win.
Daniella Garcia finished with a game-high 18 kills. That also marked the best showing of her career.
Kamrynn Caruth had a game-best 26 assists and added 11 digs.
Canaba finished with 16 assists while
Mia Bella Ruiz had 15 digs.
The Lobos improve to 7-5 on the season and 3-3 in conference play. LETU sits at 6-5 and 3-3.
Sully next travels to Hobbs, NM on Monday to take on University of the Southwest.
