The Eagles jumped out to a 13-12 lead 1:17 into the second, but Keona Loftis hit a jumper at 7:58 to go back ahead 14-13.

The lead would only hold for the next 1:00 when TAMUT took went up on a triple that started a 9-0 run and 22-14 advantage at 5:54.

Sully cut it to six twice, but the Eagles opened up as much as a twelve-point lead before going to the half ahead 32-23.

The Lobos spent the next 4:33 of the third on a 12-3 run to cut it to 44-37 with 2:17 left. Martinez added six during the streak with two layups and a pair of free throws. The other half came on a Hampton triple, Carmosino layup, and a lone free throw from Kensi Parker.

The Eagles extended it back to 10 on a three-pointer at 1:56 but saw Nunez respond with a triple of her own with nine seconds left. A late pair of free throws would give TAMUT a 49-40 lead heading to the fourth.
