ALPINE- The Sul Ross Lobos fell 48-13 to the Tigers of East Texas Baptist Saturday at Jackson Field.

Sully's first score came in the 3rd quarter on a 25-yard touchdown run by Williton Grear. Jaden Brown's extra point was blocked and the deficit became 27-6.

ETBU responded with 14 unanswered before Da'Braelyn Finex's 3-yard touchdown run made it 41-13 with 4:06 left in the game.

The Tigers added another touchdown and defeated the Lobos 48-13.

Grear rushed 21 times for 128 yards and a touchdown.

Dre'Chon Moody caught six passes for 81 yards and a long of 49.

Trey Johns completed 8 of 14 passing for 86 yards.

The Lobos move to 1-3 and 1-2 in the ASC. The Tigers picked up their first win of the season and stand at 1-2 and 1-1.

Sully next travels to Georgetown this Saturday for a 1:00 p.m. kickoff against the Southwestern Pirates.
