LONGVIEW- The Lady Lobos fell Saturday in five sets to host LeTourneau on the final day of the first ASC crossover.

Scores were 20-25, 28-26, 25-23, 16-25 and 10-15.

Down 1-0 in set two, the Lady Lobos went on a 4-0 run for a 4-1 lead.

The Lady Lobos would take their largest lead of four on two different occasions, including Isabelle Ruiz's service ace for a 13-9 lead.

An 8-2 LETU run put the Yellowjackets up 17-15 for their third lead of the set.

Sully's next lead came at 26-25 on an attack error.

A kill by Annika Canaba put the Lady Lobos up 27-26 before an attack error gave them the 28-26 second set win.

Sully's first lead of the third set came at 6-5 on a Canaba kill.

The Yellowjackets answered right back with two points to retake the lead before a quick 3-0 run finished with kills by Katelyn Easley and Isabella Ruiz for a 9-7 Sully lead.

The Lady Lobos tied their largest lead of the set at 13-10 on another kill by Ruiz.

LETU retook the lead at 15-14 and held the lead or tie until the Lady Lobos ended the set on a 3-0 run for the 25-23 win in set three.

Sully held a brief 3-2 lead in set four before LeTourneau took control in the middle of the set and didn't look back for the 25-16 set four win.

The Lady Lobos took an early 2-0 lead in set five on Yellowjacket attack errors before an Autumn Kilpatrick kill eventually put them up 3-1.

LETU answered back with a 4-0 run.

Kills by Canaba and Easley notted the match up 5-5.

Tied 7-7, a quick 4-0 run by the Yellowjackets gave them the 11-7 lead.

Sully brought it back to 12-10 on a kill by Jordan Scherer, but a 3-0 run ended the match as LETU took set five, 15-10.

The Lady Lobos move to 8-7 on the year and 1-4 in the ASC. The Yellowjackets are 9-7 and 3-3.

Sully starts the first of four straight home matches this Tuesday with a 5:00 p.m. first serve against Mary Hardin-Baylor.
