RICHARDSON- The Sul Ross Lady Lobo volleyball team (6-11, 5-7 ASC) posted a pair of conference victories over Louisiana College (4-15, 2-8 ASC) and Belhaven (10-11, 2-9 ASC) in day one of the ASC crossover hosted by the University of Texas at Dallas.
Sully downed the Wildcats in a five-set thriller.
Louisiana College delivered a 25-12 bruising in game one before the Lady Lobos answered with 25-17 and 29-27 wins in games two and three.
The Wildcats turned the tables with a 29-27 victory in game four heading to the closing set where Sul Ross prevailed edging Louisiana College 25-12 for the match win.
Annika Canaba recorded a season-best 23 kills, 22 assists and 10 digs for her third triple double of the season.
Isabella Ruiz delivered 11 kills while freshman setter
Kylee Davis led with 25 assists.

Karigan Edwards posted a team-best and season-high 24 digs while
Hannah Zly shouldered 10 scoops.
In the nightcap against Belhaven, Sully came out swinging with a 25-19 win in game one. Belhaven took the second set in a 25-20 decision before the Lady Lobos posted 25-23 and 25-21 victories in sets three and four.
Canaba repeated her earlier performance with 23 kills and added 16 assists and 11 digs for her fourth season triple double.
Isabella Ruiz notched 13 kills while Davis shouldered 30 assists. Edwards finished with another 24-dig outing to lead the back line while
Kylee Davis,
Alyssa Lanahan and Zly bagged 14, 13 and 11 scoops respectively.
The Lady Lobos will close out the crossover Saturday with a 2:00 p.m. match against tournament host U.T. Dallas.
