Lorenzo Segura joins the men's and women's soccer programs as a graduate assistant for the Fall 2021 season
A former two-year starter for Sul Ross State University men's soccer, he holds the distinction of scoring the first goal for the men's soccer program on September 2, 2018 against Austin College and was a 2018 ASC Honorable Mention.
Segura was a student assistant under Marquis Muse for the Spring 2021 season. The women's team made the conference tournament for the fourth time in six seasons and the men's team went for the first time in program history.
Prior to Sul Ross, he played two years for the University of Maine at Machias. There he received 2016 Player of the Year and Second Team All-American in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA).
