Sul Ross State University Athletics

Symone Willis joins Sul Ross as a graduate assistant for women's basketball.

She attended Frank Phillips College from 2014-2016 as a point guard for the women's basketball team before transferring to Texas State in the fall of 2016.

Willis focused on academics at Texas State and graduated in the summer of 2019 with a bachelors in Applied Sociology.

She works as a day camp supervisor during her summers. There she runs mini basketball camps for ages 5-13. She also referees youth basketball games on weekends.

Willis was born and raised in Arlington, TX.
