Rachel Baity is the current assistant women's basketball coach and head women's tennis coach at Sul Ross State.
A native of San Jose, California, Baity graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University (San Antonio) with her B.A. in Accounting.
She played two seasons at OLLU where she helped the women’s basketball team to one conference title and two national tournament appearances. In her two years with the Saints, Baity earned Conference Scholar Athlete and Academic All-American.
Prior to her move to San Antonio, she played two seasons at Mission College (California) where she earned second team all-state and first team all-conference both seasons.
She served as head women's cross country coach in 2019 before moving to head women's tennis in July 2020.
