Tyler Card enters his third season as offensive coordinator after serving two years as offensive line coach.

Before Sul Ross, Card served as coach of the offensive line at Pace University after serving in the same capacity for two years at Weber State.

Prior to Weber State he coached the offensive line and served as recruiting coordinator at Southern Virginia University from 2010 to 2012.

Card was a three year letterman at SVU from 2007 to 2009 and was a member of the 2007 conference championship team. A 2009 All-American, Card earned Second Team All-State Virginia honors.

Card played his freshman year at Mesa Community College where he was a team captain and a recepient of the Best Offensive Lineman Award.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Southern Virginia in 2010 and his Master’s Degree from Weber State in 2014 in Professional Communication.

Card coached three All-ASC offensive lineman in 2016: Cole Moulder, Alex Gillis and Montay Harris.

Card and his wife, Danielle, are the proud parents of Rocky and Gloria.
