BELTON, Texas - Saturday's fourth inning proved to be the difference in softball's 3-1 loss to #12 Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Jodie Vaughn singled around
Samantha Chavez for a 1-0 lead in the fourth.
UMHB used back-to-back hits in the bottom of the fourth to take a 3-1 advantage.
Only the fourth inning saw runs come around for either side in a 3-1 win for the Crusaders.
Vaughn went five innings on seven hits. She allowed three runs with one strikeout.
Hunter Montes pitched a scoreless seventh, allowing one hit and striking out one.
Sully stands at 20-17 and 13-14 in conference. They have already clinched a spot in the ASC Tournament for the fifth time in a row.
The Lobos conclude the regular season at home next weekend against Hardin-Simmons.
