RICHARDSON, Texas - Women's soccer dropped their conference opener 3-0 to UT Dallas on Thursday.

The Comets took a 3-0 lead to the halftime break and would hold on until the final buzzer.

Sully was able to put pressure on the defense with six shots on goal for the game.

Angelina Escobar led the way for the Lobos with two shots – both on goal.

Goalkeeper Alitzel Ybarra tallied eight saves.

Sul Ross falls to 1-2 (0-1 ASC).

UT Dallas improves to 7-1 (1-0 ASC).

The Lobos are back in action this Saturday at 12:00 p.m. to take on Ozarks in Clarksville, AR.
