PLAINVIEW- A back and forth contest between the Lady Lobos and Pioneers ended in a 2-2 draw Friday in Plainview.

Trailing 1-0 at the half, Aylin Villalobos netted her first goal of the season with 43:18 remaining to knot the score at 1-1.

Joanna Estrada broke the tie just under 10 minutes later to give the Lady Lobos a 2-1 lead with 33:52 remaining.

Wayland Baptist tied the game 2-2 with 12:09 left.

Neither side would find the back of the net again as the game ended in a 2-2 tie.

Sully put nine shots on goal, including two each from Estrada, Nuvia Guillen and Victoria Shelton.

The Lady Lobos stand at 0-2-1 on the season while the Pioneers sit at 1-0-1.

They'll next travel to Hobbs, NM Saturday for a 2:00 p.m. match against University of the Southwest.
