ALPINE- A lone goal in the 21st minute propelled the Eagles to a 1-0 win over men's soccer Thursday night at Lobo Field.

Charles Emmanuel Ritch of Ozarks broke the stalemate at 21:03 of the first half for a 1-0 lead.

Four shots on goal and goalkeeper Frank Rodriguez's nine saves were not enough for the Lobos as the Eagles held on for the 1-0 win.

The Lobos fall to 1-5 and 0-1 in the ASC while the Eagles improve to 4-1-1 and 1-0.

The Lobos are back in action Saturday at Lobo Field for a 1:00 p.m. start against UT Dallas.
