Heading into the final two games of the regular season, the Sul Ross Lady Lobo soccer team has assured itself of a winning regular season record in just its third year of competition.
Sul Ross currently sits at 8-4-1 overall including a 5-3-1 mark in ASC play.
Sully closes out the 2017 slate with a 7:00 p.m. contest at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on Thursday before a 1:00 p.m. bout at Concordia Saturday.
Sul Ross currently sits in fifth place in the league rankings and has all but guaranteed itself a second straight post season appearance.
As a team the Lady Lobos rank third in the conference in saves under the leadership of senior goalkeeper
Ashlie Rojas (El Paso/Montwood). After 13 games, Rojas boasts 83 saves averaging 6.38 saves per contest.
All-conference midfielder
Lauren Ebbs (Dublin, Ireland) ranks second in the conference in goals with 15 and averages 2.54 goals per game heading into this week's action in Belton.
Ebbs also ranks second in game-winning goals with five.
