Start times for the championship tournament are predetermined: Day One (Thursday) will be 12:00, 2:30, 5:00 and 7:30 p.m.; Day Two (Friday) will be 5:00 and 7:30 p.m.; Day Three (Saturday) will be 4:00 p.m. Games will not begin earlier than the posted/advertised start time.
 
FAN INFORMATION: In basketball, artificial noisemakers, including whistles, air horns, clackers and inflated sticks, may not be used in the playing or spectator areas. Fans are permitted to use non-electronic megaphones for voice amplification. Computerized noisemakers controlled by event management are permissible when the ball is out of play. Laser pointers are forbidden at all ASC athletic events.
 
Awards presentations will take place at the end of the Championship game following team handshakes. Both teams participating in the final game are to remain on the court at their respective benches for the awards ceremony. A table with the tournament awards will be placed near center court for the awards presentation. The ceremony will include presentation of the champion and runner-up team trophies and announcement of the all-tournament team. Conference Champion T-shirts will be given to the head coach for distribution to team members and coaching staff prior to the awards ceremony.
 
Under provisions of the general liability insurance policy carried by the ASC, pets (leashed or unleashed) are prohibited at all American Southwest Conference championship events. Only certified service animals that are properly trained, marked and leashed are permitted at events.
